The results of research on the enrichment of quartz raw materials through X-ray radiometric separation are presented. We found that the analytical parameter of this separation process, determined by analyzing the most representative samples of quartz, varies widely, ranging from 0.2 to 1. The content of impurities, such as iron and manganese, in the separation products varies between 0.97 and 10.67%, and 0.016 and 0.23% respectively, depending on the separation threshold. Based on these findings, we propose a basic technological scheme for the preliminary enrichment of quartz using X-ray radiometric separation. This scheme aims to improve the purity of the quartz and reduce the content of impurities to acceptable levels for further processing.
